Creamy & buttery, a double cream soft cheese made from cow’s milk. Hailing from Auvergne Rhone- Alpes region of France.
Hervé Mons Comté
Comte is by far the most popular cheese eaten in France, it is made with raw cow’s milk and it is matured for a minimum of 12 months. The cheese has buttery, roasted nut-aromas and a sweet light grassy finish.
Arigoni Gorgonzola Dolce
A soft, creamy blue cheese made with uncooked whole cows milk sourced from Lombardy near Milan. Original production dates back to the 12th century, so it is safe to say this cheese is ripe with history & aroma.
