This unique event offers a rare opportunity to dine with Pol Roger's global CEO, Laurent d’Harcourt, and Yalumba’s sixth-generation family winemaker, Jessica Hill-Smith. Savor a bespoke menu paired with rare Pol Roger Champagnes and Yalumba wines, including special museum releases, while enjoying an intimate conversation with these industry icons, hosted by renowned wine critic Nick Stock.

Laurent has now told us he’s bringing something special in his suitcase - a magnum of 1998 Pol Roger Vinothèque Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill.

Laurent d’Harcourt, CEO of Pol Roger for over a decade and co-president of the commission protecting the Champagne appellation, will share his passion for Champagne and insights into the region's produce. Jessica Hill-Smith, a descendant of Yalumba’s founder, returned to the family winery in 2019 and is now the General Manager of PR & Communications. She is making her mark on the Australian wine industry, with her sights set on building a strong, family-owned business for the seventh generation.
